Tuesday 1/21/25

 This weekend was Leadership Summit so Paisley and Claire spent a lot of time at babysitters homes. We have some new babysitters in our new ward boundaries who are fantastic so it’s really fun to get to know them better. Brennan and I got to be able to spend time learning from leaders in Worldwide Group. When we did have the girls we enjoyed going out to dinner together and getting drinks from Circle K. Sunday we had early morning church. They went on a bike ride and walk together by Highland high. We came home for our last session of leadership summit. After that, we walked down to Colleen‘s park, played with airplanes, played with our rocket ships, rode our bikes, walked around, made a new friend and her little white puppy dog named Penny. Got to FaceTime grandma and grandpa Harker. Monday we went to the yellow apartment park together, played pretend “going on a trip,” read books together and went and got donuts as a family treat night.

This morning, we ran errands. Then this afternoon we went over and played at Chalese‘s house with her kids, Alyssa, Emery, Camden, Carter and Brigham. We played out in the front yard with passing the football around, scooters, riding bikes. After a few hours, her neighbor Shelby and her daughter Kenley got home so we migrated over to their front lawn. They had a fun slide and a little playhouse and once it started getting cooler in the evening, Shelby started a fire forest on the front porch. All the moms got to socialize and sit and enjoy the fresh air and a fun fire while the kids played in the front yard with all of the toys and snacks. We just had a really fun time. We were over there all afternoon and evening and it was really enjoyable.
